About
One manufacturer. One metro. No borrowed credentials.
Palm Row Appliance Co. is a mobile Thermador repair company working out of Nocatee, FL. Everything below is what we are — and, just as deliberately, what we are not.

Independent, and specific about it
Palm Row Appliance Co. is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
That paragraph sits at the top of every page on this site rather than being buried at the bottom, because it is the single most useful thing a reader can know before they call. An independent shop and a manufacturer programme are different things with different parts access, different pricing and different escalation paths. Hiding which one you are reaching wastes your time, not ours.
The practical consequence: if your appliance is still inside its original factory warranty, call BSH Home Appliances first. We will tell you that on the phone before taking a booking, and it is the reason we ask how old the kitchen is.

Why the scope is this narrow
A technician who works one manufacturer in one metro accumulates something a generalist cannot: a failure order. After enough visits you stop diagnosing appliances one at a time and start recognising cohorts — the same builder-specified package, installed within a few years of each other, arriving at the same symptom in the same sequence.
The narrow scope also decides what is on the van. Built-in equipment is full of components that are keyed to a serial-number range rather than a model line: door hinge cassettes, control boards with a firmware revision, seals that changed profile mid-production. Carrying the right ones for one manufacturer is possible. Carrying them for eight is not, which is why a generalist visit so often ends with an order and a second appointment.
- Service literature and diagnostic modes differ by maker, not by appliance.
- Parts channels, supersessions and lead times are manufacturer-specific.
- Cabinet interfaces — trim kits, panels, rails — are not interchangeable.
- Knowing the platform tells you what to check before you open anything.

Credentials we actually hold
Sealed-system work is carried out by EPA Section 608 certified technicians.
Insured, background-checked technicians. Section 608 is a federal requirement for anyone handling refrigerant, and it is the only such claim anywhere on this site. Every other credential a repair company can imply — training badges, programme membership, endorsement — is something we do not have and therefore do not write. All of it is checkable in about ten seconds, which is the practical reason as well as the legal one.
What we will not do
- Quote a repair price before opening the appliance.
- Fit a substitute part and describe it as the original.
- Run overnight or emergency call-outs, or charge an emergency rate.
- Take a booking for a brand we do not service.
- Edit a review to remove what a customer actually said.
The reviews we publish are on one page, all of them, in full. The average printed beside them is the mean of that page and nothing else — not a selection, not the best of a larger pile. Several describe a part that arrived wrong or a fault that came back, and those stay exactly where they are.
