Warranty

90 days on labor. 365 days on parts.

Two terms, written on the invoice, on every repair. The rest of this page is the detail that usually goes unsaid until something fails twice.

What the warranty covers is this part, and the labour that fitted it.

Labor

90 days

From the day the repair is completed, on the work we carried out.

Parts

365 days

Genuine OEM parts on every repair, administered by us.

What the two terms actually mean

The labor term covers our workmanship. If the fault we repaired returns inside 90 days and the cause is the repair, we come back and there is no second diagnostic fee.

The parts term is the component manufacturer's own cover, which runs 365 days from fitting. We administer the claim for you: you do not chase a distributor, and you do not pay twice for the same part. Genuine OEM parts means we fit the component the appliance was designed around, not a pattern part that fits the opening.

Not charged twice

$129

A warranty return visit on the same fault carries no new diagnostic fee.

What a warranty cannot cover

A repair warranty covers the repair. It does not stop the rest of the appliance ageing, and on equipment that went into these kitchens as a builder package that distinction matters. A wall oven whose temperature sensor we replaced still has the original door gasket, hinge springs and control board, all of the same age and all with the same thermal cycles behind them.

So a replaced part carries its term, and the component next to it carries its own history. We would rather set that expectation on the invoice — and tell you at the diagnostic which neighbouring parts we think are close behind — than argue about it in month nine.

Not covered, plainly:

  • A different fault in a different part of the same appliance.
  • Wear, deposit and blockage that re-accumulate through normal use.
  • Damage from a power event, impact, flooding or pest intrusion.
  • Work someone else performed on the appliance after our visit.
  • Consumables — filters, seals fitted as maintenance, descale agents.

Sealed systems

608 section

Refrigerant work is done under federal EPA Section 608 certification.

Two limits worth knowing before you book

First: if the appliance is still inside its original factory warranty, the manufacturer should handle it. Bringing an independent company in can affect that cover, and we will tell you so on the phone rather than take the booking. BSH Home Appliances is the right first call in that case.

Second: some sealed-system components are not sold to independent trade at all. When a repair runs into that wall we say so and explain the options, including the option to stop. Sealed-system work is carried out by EPA Section 608 certified technicians.

Making a claim

Call +1 (904) 867-2707 with the invoice date and describe what has come back. There is no form and no portal. Everything on this page also appears on the paperwork you are handed at the end of the visit — see pricing for what the visit itself costs, and the questions page for the rest.

Next step

Book the diagnostic

Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or fitted.
